Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prominent Consumer Electronics Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to a wide array of consumer electronics, ensuring they have a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, troubleshooting, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
  • Provide assistance with product features, specifications, and usage instructions.
  • Help customers resolve issues related to their purchases, including warranty inquiries and service appointments.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current products, industry trends, and promotions to deliver accurate information.
  • Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
