This unique role focuses exclusively on providing email support to our Polish-speaking customers. As part of our dynamic team, you will help clients resolve their inquiries efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to Polish-speaking customers through email correspondence.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, and general customer support issues.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to resolve their queries effectively.
• Document all interactions and maintain thorough records in our support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
• Stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and industry trends to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and respond promptly.
• Proficiency in using email and customer support software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
