Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading FinTech company located in Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about financial technology and have a knack for delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in resolving their inquiries related to financial products and services while communicating effectively in Portuguese.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding FinTech products, services, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Provide information on product features, account setup, transactions, and security measures.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to online banking and mobile applications.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to address complex issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the FinTech industry and the company’s offerings to provide up-to-date assistance to customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Proficient in handling multiple inquiries and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
