Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Public Utilities Company in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the community through effective and compassionate customer service. As a representative, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding public utilities services, ensuring clear communication and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to public utility services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Provide accurate information about service availability, pricing, and payment options.
  • Assist customers with issues related to service interruptions, outages, and general account inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Work closely with technical and service departments to enhance overall customer experience and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about changes in public utility regulations and services to provide up-to-date information.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the public utilities or related sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a busy environment effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
