In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Portuguese, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your contributions will help create a safe and positive online experience for the Portuguese-speaking community.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Portuguese to ensure alignment with community standards and company policies.
• Respond to user comments and messages professionally and promptly in Portuguese.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to enhance content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
