Role Overview:



The Project & Resource Lead will oversee a diverse team of 6 to 10 professionals, including both Campaign Managers and Country Managers, ranging from junior to senior levels. With a strong component in project management as the core focus of the role, the Project & Resource Lead ensures the efficient campaign planning and execution of multiple simultaneous initiatives, consistency across countries, and monitoring performance metrics for each client.



This role reports to the Managed Services Director, serving as the primary escalation point for blockers, approvals, and regular status updates. Weekly reporting and strategic alignment with the Director are essential parts of the role.



Key responsibilities:



  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns and alignment with Kapturall’s internal processes and standards.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, by effectively planning and implementing project schedules.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Campaign and Country Managers in their day-to-day activities, which include creating landing pages, executing email campaigns, hosting webinars, and engaging stakeholders.

  • Monitor and balance workloads across the team, adjusting assignments and collaborating with the Director when resources are misaligned.

  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges across different markets and stakeholder relationships.

  • Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices to enhance the team’s performance and results.

  • Collaborate with clients to assess issues, develop solutions, and present actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Translate strategic vision into hands-on execution, including the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, A/B testing, tracking, etc.).

  • Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and clients.

  • Facilitate meetings, deliver well-organized documentation and presentations, and communicate effectively, even in complex or sensitive situations.

  • Create, optimize, and document scalable workflows and processes to ensure efficiency, clarity, and consistency across teams and markets.



Ideal Candidate Profile:



  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing technologies and industry best practices. Marketo experience is a definite advantage.

  • A solid background in project management is crucial to thrive in this position.

  • Experience managing teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.

  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies including inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation (email, webinars, etc.), and data analysis.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (interviews will be conducted in English).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • A high level of quality awareness and process orientation.

  • Flexible, proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
