Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health issues, care processes, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards to promote a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and a compassionate approach towards patients.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
