Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, including comprehensive assessments and development of care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, recording vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and maintain up-to-date medical records as per healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in your country, or eligibility for registration in Ireland.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
