Descripción del trabajo - Relationship Manager

Proactively reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms to introduce LaFinteca’s services.
Engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and understand clients’ needs.
Qualify leads and pass them on to the Sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and LaFinteca’s service offerings to communicate effectively with prospects.

Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging personality.
Experience in client outreach, sales, or lead generation (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
Ability to build relationships and spark interest in a professional manner.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach.
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
