Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Romanian via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with the booking process, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reservations promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for quality assurance and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex customer issues as needed.
• Stay informed about company promotions, policies, and services to offer accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken), with English proficiency considered a plus.
