Are you the next to be reeled in? ⛴On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.After an intensive selection process for a planning software, initially for financial planning, Anaplan's planning software was chosen. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now to be rolled out further and used for all planning scenarios in the financial area / business navigation. This project will be carried out with the support of Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be directly involved in this project so that the software can be maintained and further developed can be done independently later. Right now, this teams consists of one Anaplan Model Builder and one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be a steering role from development side and work hand in hand with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders.
• With your deep expertise, you will bring Anaplan knowledge into the team and the organisation and train and enable new resources.
• Together with our internal team, you will support our implementation project in close collaboration with the external partner.
• You will define Anaplan solution designs and best practices, define the scope and estimate efforts for new model requests and review federated models.
• You will own the configuration and maintenance of centralised models and the Data Hub, maintain the data dictionary and serve as the final level of support for defect resolution.
• You will create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic that underpin the application’s functionality.
• You will be responsible for the development and optimization of planning processes and planning scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
• You will be integrating data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• You will be testing and validating the model to ensure it meets business requirements and performs as expected.

Key Relationships:

• The most important relationships will exist internally with IT colleagues and the business. In addition to the existing external service providers and directly with Anaplan

• Deep experience as Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant in Finance, ideally in the retail industry
• Strong professional understanding in financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of the company’s business processes and data flow.
• You must be able to understand complex business problems and design outcomes that accurately capture the complexity of these problems.
• High and strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and openness to agile ways of working and able to work independently and proactively.
• Completed studies in informatics or economics or a comparable qualification.

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Anaplan
• Experience in project work and support in project management
• Fluency in English, German is an asset
