Senior PHP/Backend Developer (m/f/d)

With our success and global growth, we’re expanding our team in Palma de Mallorca and looking for  a skilled Backend Developer to enhance our business tools. You’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing and maintaining our business applications.
Our tech stack includes PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Python, and CI/CD pipelines, among others, allowing you to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies. As part of our agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll collaborate to deliver creative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvements. • Technical Expertise: You have over 4 years of experience in backend development, working with Symfony, Laravel or similar frameworks. You are skilled in web server technologies and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). You understand object-oriented and functional programming, have strong experience with API development and RESTful services You're familiar with testing methodologies including unit testing, integration testing and E2E using tools like Cypress, PHPUnit, or similar frameworks. 
   While your main focus is PHP backend development, skills in data analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning (especially with Python) are highly valued.
   Experience with cloud-native architectures and micro services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GCP) is a strong plus.
• Initiative: You are proactive and self-motivated, able to tackle both technical and business challenges. You are responsible for ensuring high standards in code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Teamwork: You work well with others, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers. You maintain respectful relationships and share your knowledge freely with your team.
• Communication Skills: You communicate effectively in English, our official language
