This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the automotive industry and possess excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will provide assistance to customers in Slovak, ensuring their inquiries related to automotive products and services are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive products, parts, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and ordering processes.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automotive products.
• Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to offer informed assistance.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive or manufacturing sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
