Key Responsibilities

• Assist Slovak-speaking clients with their travel inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide expert advice on travel options, including destinations, packages, and accommodations tailored to client needs.
• Create customized travel itineraries that reflect the preferences and interests of your clients.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system to facilitate effective communication and follow-ups.
• Stay current on travel trends and destination highlights to give informed recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• A strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with various global destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Capability to address customer concerns with effective solutions.
