Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Spanish Business Development Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Greece. This position is tailored for driven individuals looking to expand their career in sales while targeting Spanish-speaking markets. As a vital player in our business development team, you will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities and fostering relationships with new clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Engage and consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to close business deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Set and achieve personal sales targets while contributing to the broader goals of the company.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is desirable.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
