Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Spanish Speaking Customer Care Specialists for an esteemed insurance company! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients while enjoying life in the beautiful country of Greece. If you have a strong customer service background and an interest in the insurance sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy management, claims processing, and any questions regarding insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to improving service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest insurance products and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance products is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the opportunity for cultural immersion!
