• Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and after-sales services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, company products, and promotions.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment.
