Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and needs effectively.
• Offer detailed information about products and services, assisting customers with order placements and account management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product trends and company policies to deliver informed and accurate support.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within an international or multicultural context.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on a customer-centric approach.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support, embracing a new cultural experience.
