Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Cybersecurity Company based in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in technology and cybersecurity who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. You will interact with clients in Spanish, assisting them with a range of inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to cybersecurity solutions, including installation, troubleshooting, and product features via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about cybersecurity threats, prevention measures, and best practices.
  • Assist clients with account management, service requests, and technical support needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in cybersecurity and the company's product offerings to provide relevant guidance.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the tech or cybersecurity industries, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
