As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the voice of our clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our software solutions. You will engage directly with Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with tailored support and resources necessary to achieve their goals. Your dedication and expertise will be vital in fostering strong client relationships and driving satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for Spanish-speaking clients, building trust and rapport.
• Onboard new customers, providing in-depth training and assistance with our software.
• Proactively identify client needs and challenges, collaborating to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tracking progress and satisfaction levels.
• Partner with clients to create customized success plans that align our software with their business objectives.
• Collect and analyze feedback to inform product enhancements and improve client experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address any technical issues and ensure client success.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain software features and functionalities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client relationships and outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Greece and embrace a diverse work environment, with relocation assistance provided.
