Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate product information clearly, assisting customers with their questions and needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in office applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture and work environment.
