Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance for the betting app to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and app functionality.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Help create and maintain support documentation and FAQs to enhance customer self-service options.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
• A keen interest in betting or gaming apps is advantageous.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple support requests simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
