Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Tackle inbound queries from Dutch customers through phone, chat, and email.
• Offer timely and accurate information to resolve issues and provide guidance.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and policies to inform customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is a must; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
