Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Swedish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with their questions regarding products and services, providing accurate information and helpful solutions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
