We are looking for Technical Support Advisors (European Portuguese-Speaking) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting support for cutting-edge cloud and software solutions. Whether you have experience in IT support or have developed your skills as an IT Technician, this is your chance to advance your career in a fast-growing, global organization.

What Youll Do

  • Provide technical assistance to customers using a range of software and cloud technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Identify and escalate technical challenges when necessary.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of experts to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in European Portuguese (native level) and advanced English. Spanish is a plus!

  • 1+ year of IT support experience, preferably with Microsoft cloud solutions.

  • Strong knowledge or training in IT technologies, cloud computing, and Microsoft products.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical and critical thinking approach.

  • Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Full-time (39h/week) contract, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 09:00 - 21:00.

  • Competitive salary of 19,447.14 per year.
