We are seeking a Tracker Mid-Sales Manager to join our team at our Madrid/Viana office, supporting our business and projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of the Engineering and Technology Department, decomposing departmental work plans, arranging positions and job responsibilities for department members, inspecting and supervising department personnel to ensure the completion of their duties.
- Responsible for performance appraisal and skill training of department members.
- Responsible for formulating departmental work goals and work plans, reviewing monthly work plans and their completion.
- Responsible for departmental design review and approval work.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the relationships between the Engineering and Technology Department and other departments, as well as relationships between various departments.
- Responsible for organizing the formulation of the company's engineering technology management system, and responsible for organizing departmental budgets.
- Responsible for technical agreement review and drawing reviews in project bidding work.
- Responsible for major quality issues and technical problems in projects.
- Responsible for the capability and career development of the Spain Sales Support team.
