Accountabilities
- Curate and manage personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth clients.
- Anticipate client needs and respond with exceptional service.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and communication at all times.
Requirements
- Fluency in professional English and Finnish (C1-C2 level).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or concierge services.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with GDS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about travel, culture, gastronomy, and luxury lifestyle.
