Working Student Data Analytics (m/f/d)

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Data Analytics, you will play an active role in optimizing and further developing our Customer Management processes. Through your data-driven analyses, you will support key initiatives and projects in digitalization and automation, helping us make informed, data-based decisions.

• Data-Driven Process Analysis: Use cutting-edge process mining software to analyze our customer management processes and identify optimization potential.
• Report Development & Enhancement: Improve and expand interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to provide data-driven insights to management.
• Database Optimization: Support the implementation of business views in our databases to analyze customer behavior in a more targeted manner.
• Ad-Hoc Analyses & Problem-Solving: Conduct data-driven evaluations and develop solution-oriented approaches to current challenges.
• Flexible Working: After your onboarding (onsite), you can work remotely for the most part—once a month, we meet in our modern Düsseldorf office for an in-person team day.

• Educational Background: You are currently studying Mathematics, Business, or Natural Sciences with a focus on Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, or you have solid technical knowledge, particularly in databases.
• Technical Skills: Initial experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or R is ideal. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI is also a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and have a strong sense of quality.
• Passion for FinTech: You are excited about the latest developments in financial technology and want to actively contribute to the industry.
• Language Skills: You are proficient in English and ideally have good German skills as well.
• Commitment: You are available to support us as a Working Student (m/f/d) for at least one year, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
