Descripción del trabajo - Renewals Specialist

We are recruiting a Renewals Specialist to join a high-performing sales team focused on Cloud solutions, based in Benalmadena. This is a commercially driven role, ideal for someone with a solid background in technology sales who is confident managing pipelines, nurturing accounts and identifying growth opportunities within an international environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for securing and growing customer relationships within the Cloud solutions space, working closely with internal teams and channel partners to drive retention, up-sell and cross-sell across your assigned territory.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Securing new customer wins for Cloud solutions
  • Maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams and channel partners
  • Actively monitoring pipeline, collecting feedback and supporting close plan execution
  • Collaborating with Territory Channel Managers on pipeline development and partner introductions
  • Curating and connecting customers with best-in-breed solutions to drive acquisition, consumption and usage
  • Surfacing customer wins and partner capacity needs to the Partner Management team
  • Controlling key performance indicators and pipeline run rates
  • Establishing a clear foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or proficient in Norwegian, with fluency in English — both mandatory
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development — mandatory
  • Experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment
  • Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
  • Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment, adoption planning and cloud-based collaboration solutions
  • Fundamentals certification in a relevant technology
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and consistently achieving targets
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

What Is on Offer

  • Hybrid work model based in Benalmadena — Plaza Solymar, right next to the coast
  • Full-time contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–16:30, with weekends off
  • Base Salary + up to 4,800€ in annual performance bonuses
