The User Research team at Fever increases revenue by working with teams across Product, Marketing, and Operations to identify and implement improvements in the experiences we offer customers and partners — online and offline. We work across the entire organization to make every experience five stars worthy.
We're looking for a passionate and analytical Research Data Analyst to join our growing team. You'll bring rigor to everything you do, using data, statistics, and storytelling to turn complex research datasets into actionable improvements and strategic business opportunities.
Most of your work is project-based, partnering with large groups of stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations. A typical project takes you from gathering requirements and designing a methodology, through execution and analysis, to packaging and presenting results to partners.
Alongside that, you'll help develop and optimize the systems and tools that keep our research workflows consistent and high-quality across all global projects.

In your first 3 months you'll work alongside our User Researchers collecting data with a range of primary methods, dig into large datasets to extract meaningful insights, and start packaging and sharing findings with colleagues and external partners. You'll also build your understanding of Fever's business context and develop your awareness of where solutions might lie.
By month 6 you'll be designing and optimising systems for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of research data. You'll have an eye for the gaps in our knowledge and a sense of how to fill them — ensuring data validity, addressing biases, and identifying trends in our data that constitute real business opportunities.
