As a Reservations & Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing operational excellence, supporting strategic accounts, and driving guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the implementation of commercial strategies defined by Management to optimize profitability and occupancy for different clusters and property owners.
- Participating in onboarding and training new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Supporting decision-making processes and contributing to the commercial strategy of the department.
- Evaluating and monitoring underperforming properties, supporting KAMs with actionable feedback and improvement plans.
- Supporting KAMs in reviewing cluster performance and proposing actions to maximize results.
- Acting as the backup for the Reservations Manager, ensuring business continuity in their absence.
- Actively participating in the company’s digital transformation by promoting the use of CRM and PMS tools.
