About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to drive the success of our restaurant partners and lead critical operational initiatives at Tebi. You’ll oversee onboarding, merchant success, and process optimization, working cross-functionally to scale our operations globally. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who wants to shape how an entire industry operates.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end post-sales merchant journey, ensuring partners are set up for long-term growth; including onboarding of merchants, support and key account management

• Design and implement scalable operational processes and support systems

• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize merchant needs and influence roadmap decisions

• Use data to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks, presenting insights directly to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in consulting, business operations, or hospitality/food-tech operations

• Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business decisions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
