Meet the Team:


At Fever, the Revenue Operations team drives marketplace growth by shaping sales strategy, optimizing content and categories, and ensuring top-quality standards across every listing. We analyze performance, refine processes, and empower sales teams to reach their goals. By curating marketplace content and enhancing setup and copy, we maximize visibility and conversion. 


Working closely with QA and Sales, we identify issues early, streamline workflows, and create solutions that keep our marketplace running smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:



  • Act as the operational owner of one of our business lines, ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.

  • Define, develop, and implement end-to-end commercial operations.

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.

  • Build tools, automations, and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units, gaining high exposure across the organization.


Who You Are:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL.

  • Hands-on, proactive problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.

  • Detail-oriented, with a structured and solution-driven mindset.

  • Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Google Cloud environment, Make, n8n, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
