What will you do?

El objetivo principal del puesto será velar por la optimización y maximización de los ingresos y la rentabilidad de los hoteles del clúster mediante la definición, implementación y seguimiento de estrategias tarifarias y de distribución basadas en análisis de datos, tendencias de mercado y comportamiento de la demanda.

Las funciones principales serían:

  • Definición e implementación de la estrategia tarifaria y revisión diaria del pickup por segmento, canal, mercado y tipología de habitación.
  • Supervisión y soporte en la estrategia de Pricing y distribución para grupos MICE
  • Gestión del inventario, restricciones y disponibilidad, asegurando la correcta distribución de precios y disponibilidad en todos los canales.
  • Garantizar la paridad tarifaria y la actualización de contenidos en OTAs y canal directo.
  • Propuesta y coordinación de estrategias promocionales en función de la demanda y comportamiento de cada hotel.
  • Análisis y seguimiento de KPIs clave.
  • Elaboración del forecast semanal y evaluación del pace frente a objetivos, justificando variaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
  • Colaboración con el equipo comercial para alinear la estrategia de precios con la contratación y los objetivos de cada hotel.
  • Coordinación con los equipos de Ecommerce para el seguimiento de la estrategia de venta directa.
  • Monitorización continua de eventos, ferias y tendencias de mercado que impacten en la demanda de la plaza.
  • Seguimiento regular de la competencia mediante rate shopper y análisis del posicionamiento online.
  • Preparación y apoyo en reuniones periódicas de estrategia de ingresos.

What are we looking for?

Requisitos para el puesto:

  • Estudios en Turismo, Económicas, ADE o matemáticas, valorándose positivamente formación de especialización en Revenue Management y/o Data Analytics.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Revenue Manager en sector hotelero.
  • Inglés profesional.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas BI.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de herramientas de Revenue Management: Channel Manager, PMS, RMS
