ABOUT THE ROLE


The RevOps Specialist – Marketing Operations is a hands-on execution role responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of marketing campaigns and automation workflows. The role focuses on ensuring that campaigns, journeys, and processes are set up correctly, run smoothly, and scale reliably. 



The role plays a critical part in translating defined data rules and segmentation into well-designed, high-quality marketing automation workflows that support marketing and growth initiatives. While data modelling and segmentation ownership sits with the RevOps Data Analyst, the RevOps Specialist collaborates closely to activate segments through campaigns, workflows, and lifecycle journeys. 



Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Target Account List (TAL) initiatives form part of the scope, but are not the primary focus of the role. The RevOps Specialist supports these initiatives by ensuring the operational setup, activation, and execution are reliable. 



The RevOps Specialist works cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Digital Marketing team (Paid Media) and Creative & Content teams to ensure campaigns, tools, and processes work end-to-end across the Growth Engine. 



Key responsibilities include:


Campaign & Lifecycle Operations 


• Execute email, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot. 
• Support multi-touch journeys across inbound, outbound, and event-driven flows. 
• Ensure correct campaign setup, QA, tracking, and documentation. 
• Support operational execution for events, webinars, and third-party campaigns. 
 
ABM & TAL Activation


• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and RevOps. 
• Execute Target Account List (TAL) uploads and activations based on analyst-owned segmentation. 
• Maintain account and contact-level logic to support buying group and outbound-assisted journeys. 



Marketing Automation & Workflow Design (Core Expertise) • Design, build, and maintain robust HubSpot workflows based on defined data rules and segmentation logic. 
• Ensure workflows are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with lifecycle and attribution frameworks. 
• Partner with the RevOps Data Analyst to translate segmentation and data logic into executable automation. 
• Act as a power user and first line of troubleshooting for workflow-related issues. 
 
Tooling Implementation & Operations


• Support implementation and rollout of marketing and RevOps tools (enrichment, intent, event capture, automation). 
• Ensure operational readiness, QA, and adoption of new tools. 
 


Collaboration will include:
Data Management & CRM Hygiene (Collaboration) 
• Collaborate with the RevOps Data Analyst to ensure correct activation of segments and lifecycle stages. 
• Support source tracking, field usage, and operational data hygiene. 
• Support HubSpot–Salesforce operational alignment where applicable. 
 
Reporting & Performance Support 
• Support campaign reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce and BI tools. 
• Assist with campaign performance analysis and A/B testing. 
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
• Work closely with Growth Marketing on campaign execution and experimentation (2 BUs Carriers & Shippers) 
• Partner with Sales Operations and Commercial Excellence to support outbound and ABM motions. 
• Collaborate with Creative & Content teams to ensure campaigns are operationally feasible and scalable. 
• Contribute to process documentation and operational playbooks. 



WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU



  • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ideally, also Spanish. 

  • Marketing Operations execution: hands-on experience running marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

  • Marketing automation expertise: strong ability to design, build, and maintain automation workflows (preferably in HubSpot).

  • Workflow design & QA: proven experience creating scalable, well-structured, and documented workflows.

  • Campaign operations: setup, execution, testing, and monitoring of email, nurture, and event-related campaigns.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: ability to work closely with Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, and Creative & Content teams.

  • Operational mindset: strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow defined processes consistently. 

  • Experience supporting ABM or account-based initiatives.



Nice to have: 
• Exposure to Target Account Lists (TAL), intent data, or enrichment tools. 
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
• Understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and revenue attribution models.
