Sales Associate shop in shop Avenida de Francia 36h Holiday Coverage (f/m/x)
HUGO BOSS Benelux B.V. CIA | Valencia | Spain | Full-time | P4


 



We are looking for a Sales Associate to work in our HUGO BOSS shop-in-shop located in Avenida de Francia, Valencia.





    • 36 hours per week

    • Previous El Corte Inglés shop-in-shop experience as a Sales Associate

    • Position to cover annual leave – 3-month fixed-term contract

    • Immediate start





 



What you can expect:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment.

  • Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.

  • Consistently presents a professional image.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

  • Maintains a high level of professionalism under all circumstances.

  • Fluent level of English.


Your profile:

  • Provide excellent levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

  • Maximise every sales opportunity in order to achieve store sales targets and individual performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related questions, including queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS items.

  • Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.

  • Optimise product knowledge in order to recommend and highlight items to customers, with the aim of maximising sales opportunities.
