We are looking for a Sales Associate for our BOSS store in Paseo de Gracia (Barcelona):
- 24 hours per week.
- 4 days per week, 6 hours per day. Rotating shifts, predominantly afternoon shifts.
- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Immediate availability.
What you can expect:• Deliver excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve store sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related enquiries.
• Be able to confidently answer queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and usage of HUGO BOSS products.
• Ensure all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
• Leverage product knowledge to recommend items and draw customers’ attention to products in order to maximise sales opportunities.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in retail sales and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Consistently presents a professional image.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple demands and priorities.
- Maintains professionalism in all situations.
- Fluent in English.
- Another language skills will be highly valued, French, Arabic or Chinese.
