We are seeking our next Sales Development Executive (SDE) to join the team!

About the Role

As an SDE for Italy, you will be at the forefront of enterprise software innovation. Your mission will be to build meaningful connections with business C-Levels, creating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities that drive real business transformation.

Working in close collaboration with Account Executives, Solution Advisors, and our partner ecosystem, you'll help organizations across the Italian market unlock the full Business Suite potential.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage target prospects within the Net New Name space using strategic, data-driven prospecting techniques


• Develop comprehensive outreach strategies aligned with our Sales Team and key partners


• Reach out proactively to senior leaders including CFO, CIO, and CEO via multiple touchpoints (calls, email, LinkedIn, virtual events)


• Work closely with partners to plan and execute demand generation programs that drive market impact and pipeline growth

Who You Are

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, software sales, or sales development


• Prior exposure to Finance, ERP, Spend Management, or Procurement technology solutions is highly valued


• Knowledge of the Italian market landscape

Education & Expertise:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation


• Genuine passion for enterprise software innovation


• Deep understanding of business processes and c-level challenges


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Excellent active listening skills with the capability to customize your approach based on client needs and business objectives


• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development


• Strong collaborative spirit with the flexibility to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments


• Fluency in English and Italian (Mandatory)
