Descripción del trabajo - Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join a dynamic sales team focused on Cloud solutions. This is a client-facing, growth-oriented role, ideal for someone with a background in IT sales who is passionate about technology and building lasting business relationships.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in shaping their experience and driving adoption of leading cloud technologies among small and medium-sized businesses. You will combine consultative selling with strong relationship management to identify opportunities, grow accounts and act as the bridge between customer needs and business solutions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering a strong first impression and cultivating a growing portfolio of clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities aligned with clients' technology needs
  • Maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collecting and relaying customer feedback as the Voice of the Customer back to the business

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or proficient in Danish, with fluency in English — both mandatory
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management or customer management — mandatory
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce or equivalent
  • Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions is a plus
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or Business Applications is a plus

  • Hybrid work model based in Benalmadena, Malaga — modern office right next to the beach
  • Full-time Spanish contract: Monday to Thursday 09:00–17:30, Friday 09:00–16:30
