Salary: €25,000/year gross | Private medical insurance

About the Role

A sales development role focused on Dutch-speaking markets for Microsoft's Cloud Solutions division in Malaga. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture prospect pipelines, and support the broader sales team in growing Microsoft cloud adoption among Dutch-speaking businesses. Malaga is one of Spain's fastest-growing tech hubs with a high quality of life.

What You Will Do

• Identify and qualify new business prospects in Dutch-speaking markets
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Pitch Microsoft cloud solutions and pass qualified leads to senior sales teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM
• • Meet prospecting and qualification KPIs
• Participate in ongoing product training and sales coaching

What We Are Looking For

• • Dutch mother tongue
• • Strong English communication skills
• • Interest in technology and digital solutions
• Sales, prospecting, or lead generation experience is a plus
• • Confident, proactive communication style
• Based in or willing to relocate to Malaga independently
• EU ID or valid Spanish work authorisation
