We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are fluent in German, Dutch, or Nordic languages to join our growing international team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across Germany, Netherlands, and Nordic countries
• Generate high-quality sales leads through calls, emails, and social media
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales activities
• Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Fluent in German, Dutch, or any Nordic language
• Strong English skills (B2/C1)
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
