Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”

Qualifications:
We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who are curious and eager to learn. Your talent for assisting others and delivering exceptional customer experiences will align perfectly with our values.

You’re an ideal match if you:

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success, or experience in sales account management or customer relations.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or Business Applications.
