Descripción del trabajo - Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) for the German Market

Become part of this unbeatable team and celebrate national and international sales successes with us and our customers such as SAP, IBM, and Telekom. To strengthen our team in Barcelona, we are looking for 3 Sales Development Representatives (m/f/d) for the German Market.

You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential business customers, introducing SAP’s digital solutions, and driving lead generation through strategic outbound efforts.

  • First experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation, ideally B2B
  • Confident making a high volume of calls and booking qualified appointments
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with objection handling
  • Structured and reliable with CRM documentation and follow-ups
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Outbound sales outreach via calls, email & LinkedIn to win new B2B customers in the German market
  • Present solutions aligned with prospects’ needs & challenges
  • Generate, qualify & develop leads and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Use CRM tools to document activities and run structured follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team leads & account executives to optimize the process and handover qualified opportunities
