Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Upsell - Spanish Market

At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative Upsell for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Upsell team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of qualify opportunities, you will focus on profiling high-potential accounts, unearthing internal Champions, driving thorough discovery, and securing top-tier product demos.

About the team

We are launching a high-priority Strategic Expansion Task Force, and we need high-energy, creative Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to unlock high-value pipeline within our existing client portfolio.

While these companies already use our core products, key decision-makers within IT and Finance are not yet using our specialized solutions (Factorial IT & Finance). Your primary objective is to map out these accounts, locate these undiscovered Champions, conduct deep discovery, and book highly qualified product demos. Partnering closely with key Account Executives (AEs), you will lay the foundation that enables them to close high-value expansion deals.

What you'll do

• Execute multi-touch, multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and calls).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for the IT product line.
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers across Spain.
• Refine outbound messaging and contribute to early sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with AEs to maximize pipeline conversion.
• Track activity, feedback, and learnings in HubSpot CRM.

What are we looking for?

• Native or bilingual in Spanish with professional English.
• High Energy & Creativity: You bring enthusiasm to every interaction and use innovative tactics to capture executive attention.
• Strategic Hunter Mindset: You treat account mapping like a puzzle. You don't give up when you hit a dead end; you find another way to reach the right stakeholder.
• Frustration Management & Grit: You understand that even in expansion sales, objections happen. You have the resilience to bounce back, adapt, and refine your approach.
• Curious & Consultative Approach: You enjoy asking probing questions. You don't just pitch features; you dig deep to understand how businesses operate and where the friction lies.
• Experience: 6+ months in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles is a plus, but dynamic attitude, curiosity, and raw drive are what matter most.
