We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate our growth in the Spanish market. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients and play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our commercial team.
What You'll Do
Identify and generate new sales opportunities from CASAFARI's target list of real estate agencies, brokerages and property developers;
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach;
Qualify leads and understand their business needs and challenges;
Schedule product demonstrations for potential customers;
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead information in Salesforce;
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle;
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities;
Collect market feedback and share valuable insights with the Product and Growth teams;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and prospecting strategies.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role;
Experience in B2B sales environments (SaaS and/or Real Estate experience is a strong plus);
Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (C1/C2 level) - Additional European languages are a plus;
Based in Spain;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong active listening skills and ability to uncover customer needs;
Resilient, persistent and comfortable handling objections and rejection;
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously;
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
Curious, proactive and eager to learn;
Strong growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve;
Passion for technology, innovation and AI-powered solutions;
Ability to quickly understand and communicate the value of complex products;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
Creative and resourceful approach to prospecting and lead generation.
