We’re European Sales Group, a fast-growing French-founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. In just 18 months, we’ve built a team of 30+ talented professionals, opened two offices, supported dozens of clients, and we’re just getting started.
We’re now looking for our first-ever Sales Enablement Lead, a key role that will directly shape how our SDR team to ramp, learn, and grow.
You’ll be the backbone of our Sales organisation, enabling our teams to perform at a higher level & faster. Your missions will include:
Owning and delivering onboarding for new SDRs.
Designing and rolling out ongoing training modules (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, etc.)
Creating enablement assets: playbooks, scripts, toolkits, and frameworks
Identifying skill gaps in partnership with the Team Leader SDR
Running regular coaching sessions (1:1 and group)
Embedding a consistent sales methodology across all teams
Tracking enablement impact through clear KPIs and performance metrics
Collaborating closely with SalesOps to optimise tools and workflows
Accelerating ramp-up time and supporting the continuous development of the team
2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally including 1 year as a BDR/SDR + 1 year as an AE
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Fluent in French & English (Spanish is a plus)
Dynamic, structured, impact-driven mindset
