Sales engineer

Join our team and build the furure of space technology

We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a sales engineer; The candidate will bepart of the company commercial team, involved in the execution of the marketingand sales plan and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. His/her mainresponsibility will be bridging the technical and sales areas, elaborating proposals/offersto meet the requirements of our clients, contributing to the continuousimprovement of products and proposals.


What you will be doing?

  • Preparationof quotations with the support of the technical department.
  • Preparationof international public tenders
  • Technicaland commercial assistance to customers in the pre-sale phase. Monitoring andfollow-up of active quotations.
  • Updatethe CRM in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Preparationof technical – commercial content for sales and marketing.
  • Contactwith suppliers.
  • Coordinationand preparation of the attendance in different exhibitions.
  • Generalsupport tasks for the commercial area.

  • What do we need in our team

    The candidate will bepart of the company commercial team, involved in the execution of the marketingand sales plan and reporting directly to the Sales Manager. His/her mainresponsibility will be bridging the technical and sales areas, elaborating proposals/offersto meet the requirements of our clients, contributing to the continuousimprovement of products and proposals.

    The candidate must have aBachelor or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication, Computer Science,Software or equivalent engineering degree.

    The required experience and skills are:

  • Engineering training tofacilitate understanding of technology and products.
  • Fluency in Spanish andEnglish.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Ease to generate closeand trust-based relationships with clients and team.
  • Availability to travel.
