Hybrid role based in our Barcelona city‑centre office

You have a talent for sales — and you know it. You’re motivated by results, enjoy building relationships from the ground up, and want to play a key role in growing Trusted Shops’ presence in the Spanish market.

 

In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of our local sales team, helping online businesses build trust with their customers while positioning Trusted Shops as the go‑to brand for secure online shopping in Spain.

 

We offer a permanent position with a fixed base salary and an uncapped performance-based bonus, rewarding individual results.

 

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: From identifying and engaging new prospects to negotiating and closing deals.

  • Build and manage your pipeline: Proactively engage potential customers through outbound activities and take full ownership of your opportunities.

  • Drive sales campaigns: Execute commercial initiatives with energy and structure, turning strategy into measurable results.

  • Work with Salesforce: Keep your pipeline and activities up to date and deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts using data to guide your actions.

  • Represent Trusted Shops externally: Act as a trusted brand ambassador at trade shows, events and customer meetings, conveying professionalism and credibility.

Job requirements

  • Experience in outbound (cold) B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment; vocational or university education in a commercial or business-related field.

  • Strong motivation for sales and results, with a clear drive to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, enabling you to understand customer needs and propose the right solutions.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Native-level Spanish and working proficiency in English (B1 or higher).

  • Based in Barcelona, with the ability and willingness to work on-site several days per week in an international environment.
