Descripción del trabajo - Sales Lead




  1. Strategic Definition: a. Develop and define the commercial strategy for the assigned channel (either Open Market or Operator channels), in close collaboration with Management, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, distribution, stock management, visibility, exposure, BTs, and product launch timelines.
    b. Lead and oversee the business group, working closely with the KAMs team to ensure successful execution of commercial policies and strategies tailored to the assigned channel.
    c. Set clear sales objectives for the team and closely monitor their progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving performance in the corresponding business group.

  2. Commercial Support: a. Engage in high-level negotiations and provide strong support to the KAMs team in securing key agreements with the assigned channel, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
    b. Maintain and manage high-level contacts (CRM) with the corresponding channel, ensuring proactive communication and relationship development.

  3. Interdepartmental Coordination: a. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between all relevant departments to implement joint projects, aimed at strengthening accounts, driving the company’s growth, and enhancing the brand’s market presence through the assigned channel.

  4. Analysis, Reporting, and Budget Management: a. Oversee and analyze the sales performance of the responsible accounts in the assigned channel, focusing on IS and OS metrics to ensure effective account management and decision-making.
    b. Identify business opportunities, assess potential risks, and resolve issues proactively to optimize account performance in the assigned channel.
    c. Manage and track the responsible group commercial budgets, ensuring optimal profitability and cost efficiency, while aligning with overall company financial goals.

  5. Additional Tasks: a. Lead initiatives that drive account development and enhance the brand's visibility in the assigned channel, contributing to long-term growth and market success.






Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • 8 years of experience in the telecommunications sector in a sales-related position, preferably with team-leading experience.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written Spanish and English communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
