Since our conception in 2013, we have grown substantially and acquired 3 companies in 3 different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) these last 4 years. In 2022, our growth has been powered by an incoming major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.

Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, and our operational teams are located in Barcelona, in the vibrant neighborhood of Poblenou.

Job description

💪 Team:

In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units :

• 
  Supply: deals with boat owners and makes sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.


• 
  Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.


• 
  Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during, and after the trip), and links boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

As a Sales Lead, you will join the Sales team of Click&Boat, a business unit of an average of 40 people.

The team is managed by Jonathan, VP of Sales, who will be your direct manager. You will join a managerial team of 5 Leads (including you), each responsible for a market.

🚀 Missions:

Build up your team (20%): Recruitment and initial training of the German and Dutch Sales Team. The team is already composed of 3 talented sales executives and has to go up to 15 people during peak season.

Manage your team (60%): Communicate targets, and empower your team to make the sales agents perform at their best through trainings, direct guidance, team meetings, floor animation etc.

Smart Reporting (20%): Own your team's KPI and the knowledge of your market to communicate the most relevant information upward and downward regularly.

Preferred experience

• You are fluent in German and in English.


• You are an excellent commercial and have at least two years of excellent sales experience.


• You are an excellent manager and have at least two years of management experience, with a team of at least 5 people.


• You have excellent analytic skills.


• You are a challenge seeker and a source of proposals.


• You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiative and battle for user satisfaction.


• You are able to handle difficult situations and stay calm in all circumstances.


• You are interested in fast moving environments; you are proactive and ready to share your ideas to improve our services.
